Tarsons appoints Mani Kalyan Dusi as Head of Revenue for India & APAC, signaling growth push

Tarsons Products Limited has named Mani Kalyan Dusi as Head – Revenue (India & APAC), a senior-management appointment designed to sharpen the company’s commercial edge as it pursues growth across India and the Asia-Pacific region. The company said the board approved the appointment after a recommendation from the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and Dusi is expected to join on or before May 20, 2026.

With over 18 years in life sciences and APAC markets, Dusi is currently Associate Director and Head – Commercial Enablement (APAC) at Merck Life Science, where he leads regional strategy and business development. He previously held leadership roles at Merck Life Science and Thermo Fisher Scientific, overseeing large portfolios, cross-functional teams and growth initiatives. He is recognized for a data-driven approach, digital enablement, and building high-performing teams; he has won awards such as the AAA Award for marketing leadership at Merck. He holds an M.Sc. in Biochemistry (University First Rank) from Andhra University and has completed executive education at INSEAD.

Tarsons’ move signals an intensified push to fortify its revenue engine in India and APAC, leveraging Dusi’s GTM know-how, P&L management and customer-centric leadership. The appointment adds a senior, market-facing executive who can scale Tarsons’ commercial footprint as the company expands.
