Tata Technologies elevates three senior executives in internal leadership reshuffle

Tata Technologies has unveiled a strategic internal reshuffle, confirming changes in the roles of three senior management leaders. The moves highlight the company’s focus on reinforcing its global delivery engine, expanding client partnerships, and accelerating its transformation agenda.

Anish Raghunandan will shift from President & Client Partner (Tata Motors Group) SBU to President, Operations & Client Partner, TML Group. With more than two decades in the automotive engineering services space, he is slated to oversee TML Group Sales, ER&D and DES Delivery, Education Business, and Consultative SMEs, while also leading the company’s AI First initiative. His expanded remit signals a push to align operations tightly with strategic client partnerships.

Nachiket Paranjpe, Global Automotive Sales Delivery Head – Embedded, assumes the role of President, Global Industries & ESS Delivery. The veteran with nearly 30 years in automotive and embedded systems will also shoulder responsibility for IHM, Aerospace, and Product Sales as part of his broadened mandate, reinforcing Tata Technologies’ emphasis on integrated, cross-domain delivery across industries.

Sukanya S., currently Chief Operating Officer, becomes Chief Transformation Officer. In her new role, she will head Business Excellence, IT, and Cybersecurity & Compliance, driving the firm’s enterprise-wide transformation program and strengthening operational resilience.
