Vijayant brings over 18 years of corporate legal experience spanning manufacturing, IT and services. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Five-Year Integrated) from the University of Pune. Prior to joining Sudarshan Colorants, he was associated with JCB India Limited, Global Indian Schol Education Services Private Limited, Quick Heal Technologies Limited and John Deere India Private Limited, where his work covered commercial contracts, litigations and dispute resolution, labour and employment laws, legal risk management and regulatory compliance, among other areas.
Approved on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the India Legal Head role is positioned within Senior Management, reinforcing the company’s approach to proactive legal risk management and strategic advisory.
