SKF India names Manasa Nagaraju as Head of IT & Digitalization in Senior Management

SKF India (Industrial) Limited has named Manasa Nagaraju as Head of IT & Digitalization, elevating her to the company’s Senior Management Team with effect from 15 April 2026, after the Nomination and Remuneration Committee recommended the move and the Board approved it. The appointment reinforces SKF India’s emphasis on strengthening its leadership in technology and digital governance at the top levels of the organization.

In her expanded role, Nagaraju will oversee key digital portfolios including cloud delivery, people-experience platforms, sustainability digitalization, and an enterprise data strategy. She will also supervise global Azure and AWS operations with a disciplined approach to budgeting and value-driven investment, while steering digital HR transformations on platforms such as SuccessFactors and S/4HANA, all in service of modernization and governance across the IT landscape.

With 18 years of global experience spanning manufacturing, aviation, and large public-sector programs, Nagaraju has led enterprise transformations and analytics initiatives for major airlines and airport leadership teams. At SKF, she has been responsible for driving modernization across digital platforms and data foundations, including sustainability and enterprise-wide analytics. Her background includes leadership stints at Critical River and Unisys, and she is pursuing a PhD in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, with an MTech from The National Institute of Engineering, Mysore, and a BE in Environmental Science from Vidya Vardhaka College of Engineering, Mysore.

Her appointment underscores SKF India’s ongoing push to fortify its IT backbone and data-driven capabilities, aligning with the broader drive to modernize operations, enhance efficiency, and sustain growth through digital leadership.
