Rachid Ayari, who currently serves as Whole Time Director, Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, has informed the company of his decision to step down from these roles at the close of business on 30 September 2026, as he transitions to another role within the Sanofi group. The move marks a planned shift in the finance leadership as Ayari prepares to pass the baton later this year.
