Both executives have been instrumental in shaping the company’s commercial trajectory from within, underscoring Radico Khaitan’s emphasis on continuity and internal leadership development.
Sudhir Upadhyay is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of industry experience and has been with the company for more than a decade. As an internally developed leader, he has played a key role in strengthening Radico Khaitan’s sales capabilities and driving its growth journey, contributing to the company’s go-to-market strength.
Kunal Madan brings over 20 years of global sales and marketing experience and has also been associated with the company for more than a decade. In his tenure as Chief Marketing Officer, he has helped advance brand-building and premiumisation initiatives, fortifying Radico Khaitan’s positioning in a competitive market.
