For instance, Rashmi Kathuria holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and is a Six Sigma Green Belt, having joined BEL in 1989 with 36 years of professional experience. Similarly, Srinivas K brings an Electronics & Communication background with an M.Tech in Digital Systems and a Project Management Professional certification, reflecting a blend of technical depth and programme leadership. Other appointees, such as Sunil Bhatia (GM, Product Support – Delhi) and Ankur Kumar Singh (GM, Strategic Planning – CO), also bring a mix of engineering training and management exposure to bear on BEL’s diversified operations.
Geographically, the appointments span BEL’s expansive footprint from Delhi and Ghaziabad to Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad and Panchkula, signaling a coordinated effort to synchronize BEL’s product life cycle, market development, and customer-facing functions. The leadership realignment covers units like DCCS, EWNS, and Unmanned Systems, among others, and features roles such as General Manager (Chennai), General Manager (Panchkula), and General Manager (NS/S&CS) across BG Complexes.
