Arvind Kumar Mehta resigns as Prataap Snacks’ Chairman and Executive Director; committees to be reconstituted

Prataap Snacks Limited has announced that Arvind Kumar Mehta has tendered his resignation from the post of Chairman and Executive Director, with effect from July 31, 2026. In stepping down, Mehta will also cease to be a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, with the board noting that these committees will be reconstituted in due course in line with governance requirements.
