VST Industries Limited has named Venkateshwaran Sundaram as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective July 13, 2026. The appointment, approved by the board, signals a sharpened focus on people strategy as the Hyderabad-based company pursues growth and transformation across its manufacturing and consumer footprint.
Sundaram brings nearly three decades of HR leadership across manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce and consumer sectors. Before joining VST, he served as Vice President – HR at V-Guard Industries Limited, where he led enterprise-wide HR transformation. His career also includes leadership stints with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Amazon, PepsiCo India Holdings, Pidilite Industries and Godrej & Boyce, with deep expertise in industrial relations, manufacturing HR, workforce transformation, leadership development, organizational design, employee relations and compliance. Sundaram has managed complex industrial relations landscapes, negotiated wage settlements and built HR systems in large-scale manufacturing environments. He holds a master’s degree in human resource development management from L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai.
