Borosil elevates four executives to Senior Management Personnel, signaling a targeted leadership refresh

Borosil Limited has announced a strategic refresh of its senior management, with four executives elevated to Senior Management Personnel (SMP) status with effect from July 13, 2026. The moves, approved by the Board on the same day on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, underscore the company’s focus on strengthening leadership across sales, operations, governance and strategic execution as it pursues sustainable growth across its product portfolio.

Ritesh Kumar, Senior Vice President, has been named SMP. Based on Borosil’s disclosures, he has been associated with the company for over 19 years, bringing a deep background in sales, marketing, distribution and operations. His long tenure and track record in strategy execution and channel development are seen as assets to sharpen Borosil’s market position and drive continued expansion. Manoj Tiwari, Vice President – Operations (Appliances & Flasks), is also appointed as SMP. With more than 13 years at Borosil, he has led category management, product portfolio development and operations, including new product development, strategic sourcing, inventory planning and after-sales service. His leadership has been pivotal in scaling appliances, vacuum-insulated flasks and cookware, and in building a robust supplier network and quality management framework.

Joining the SMP ranks from outside Borosil is Dev Rishi Bhatnagar, Vice President & Cluster Head – Jaipur Operations. He brings over 36 years of experience across manufacturing, operations, automation and capacity expansion, with prior leadership roles that include expanding manufacturing footprints and driving automation and operational excellence. Pradeep Joshi, Associate Vice President – Secretarial, also steps into SMP. With more than 25 years in corporate secretarial practice, governance and listed-company affairs, he is recognized for managing secretarial functions with Boards, regulators and investors alike. Joshi’s prior roles include leadership at JK Paper Limited and Welspun Corp Limited, and he holds professional qualifications with ICSI and degrees spanning law and management.

Together, the quartet signals Borosil’s emphasis on a balanced leadership model that blends deep internal familiarity with external governance and strategic breadth, as the company looks to sustain momentum across its appliances, cookware and housewares portfolio.
