Faze Three appoints Mohit Dinesh Solanki as Independent Director to strengthen board governance

Faze Three Limited has announced the appointment of Mohit Dinesh Solanki as an Independent Director on its board, with effect from August 17, 2026, for a five-year term ending August 16, 2031. The move was approved by members at the company’s 41st Annual General Meeting held on September 4, 2026, signaling a deliberate strengthening of governance and board oversight.

Solanki brings more than 14 years’ cross-functional experience spanning banking, financial services, and the gems and jewelry sector. He is currently Head of Manufacturing Operations at L Star, where he oversees end-to-end manufacturing processes and cross-functional coordination within the jewelry business.

Industry observers view the appointment as a meaningful addition to Faze Three’s governance framework, adding external perspective to strategic decision-making and financial oversight.
