SRF Limited has named Jyothsana Vasudevan as President & CHRO, effective October 5, 2026, as the company charts a leadership path aligned with its growth agenda. The board approved the appointment through a circulation resolution on October 1, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The move signals SRF’s intent to sharpen its people strategy at the helm of its senior management team.

Vasudevan brings more than two decades of Human Resources leadership across industries including renewable energy, manufacturing, technology, supply chain, shared services, and consumer durables. In her most recent role, she served as Senior Vice President & Head HR at Avaada Manufacturing, where she helped shape the HR strategy for a rapidly expanding renewable-energy manufacturing platform and led initiatives to re-engineer processes in support of IPO readiness. Her portfolio at Avaada included crafting operating models to sustain growth while embedding governance across people processes.

Academically, Vasudevan holds a master’s degree in human resources with a gold medal from Indraprastha University, Delhi. She is a co-author of a UN Gender Compact award-winning whitepaper on Women at Workplace and serves as a pro-bono HR Advisor to Brooke India, a UK NGO. Her background underscores a blend of strategic HR design, change management, and governance – attributes SRF likely expects to help steer its next phase of expansion and transformation.

Her appointment reflects SRF’s emphasis on strengthening executive leadership in people, culture, and performance as the company pursues ambitious growth and transformation initiatives. With Vasudevan stepping into a role that blends strategy, execution, and governance, SRF aims to bolster its HR operating framework to attract, develop, and retain talent across its global footprint.
