SKF India (Industrial) Limited appoints Anagha Godse as Internal Auditor

SKF India (Industrial) Limited has named Anagha Godse as Internal Auditor, effective 11 August 2026, following the recommendation of the Audit Committee and the Board’s approval at its August meeting. The appointment underscores the company’s ongoing focus on strengthening governance and risk oversight across its operations.

Godse comes with credentials as a Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE, ACFE, USA), backed by around 27 years of diverse experience spanning finance, costing, business controlling, internal controls, internal audit, risk management, and assurance. Her career includes leading operational and compliance audits across the automotive and industrial sectors, with a track record of identifying control gaps, fortifying internal control frameworks, and embedding effective risk management practices.

With this appointment, SKF India’s internal audit function is poised to reinforce governance and assurance across its businesses, strengthening control mechanisms and risk management practices.
