Indraprastha Medical Corporation Limited, better known as Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, has announced that Shivakumar Pattabhiraman completed his tenure as Managing Director, with effect from the close of business on 4 November 2026. Pattabhiraman also ceased to be a member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee as part of this transition.

The tenure had been extended by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 24 September 2024, appointing Pattabhiraman as Managing Director for a two-year term from 5 November 2024 to 4 November 2026. The latest communications confirm that his present term ended on 4 November 2026.

This leadership update marks a pivotal moment for the hospital group as it moves beyond Pattabhiraman’s term to chart the next phase of executive leadership. The company has filed the change in key managerial personnel for record purposes, signaling a routine but meaningful transition within the executive suite of Indraprastha Medical Corporation Limited.
