The board has approved the appointment of Santosh Chacko as President – Business Strategy, effective April 6, 2026. In a parallel shift, Abhijit Gulanikar, who currently holds the role of President – Business Strategy, will be designated as President – Operations & IT (Designate) from April 6, 2026, and will assume charge as President – Operations & IT on June 1, 2026. The changes come as the company navigates a transitional phase, with Durgadas G, the current President – Operations & IT, due to superannuate on May 31, 2026.
