Sandhar Technologies: Vijay Dahiya resigns as SMP; steps down as VP-Operations of SAPL

Sandhar Technologies Limited has announced the resignation of Vijay Dahiya, the company’s Senior Management Personnel (SMP) and Vice-President – Operations at Sandhar Ascast Private Limited (SAPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary. Dahiya has tendered his resignation from the position of SMP with effect from 3 September 2026, while his services at SAPL will continue until the close of business hours on 2 December 2026, in line with the notice period. The management has accepted his resignation and will relieve him from SMP duties as of 3 September 2026, with his association with SAPL winding down on 2 December 2026.

The company notes that Dahiya’s departure is for personal reasons and has placed on record its sincere appreciation for the contributions he made during his tenure. Sandhar Technologies extends best wishes for his future endeavors as he transitions away from his current roles within the group.

This leadership shift focuses attention on the operational leadership layer within the Sandhar ecosystem, particularly given Dahiya’s dual responsibility as SMP for the parent company and as VP – Operations at SAPL. While the firm has not disclosed a successor, the announcement signals the beginning of a transition process aimed at preserving continuity in SAPL’s operational leadership and the broader execution engine of the group.

As Sandhar charts the path forward, observers will be watching how the company maintains momentum in its operations and how quickly a successor to Dahiya’s SMP responsibilities and, potentially, his SAPL role is identified and integrated into the leadership cadence.
