As Senior Vice President- Operations, QC and E&D and Head Business Development and Business Excellence West Zone I & II, Tandon will helm PAN India operations, logistics, engineering & development (E&D), and quality control (QC) while leading business development and business excellence for Prism RMC’s West Zones. This integrated mandate positions him at the crossroads of operations, quality, and growth, underscoring Prism Johnson’s emphasis on cohesive execution across its footprint.
With more than three decades in the construction and cement sectors, Vishal Tandon brings a deep track record across marquee organizations. His career has spanned stints at Larsen & Toubro Limited, Lafarge Holcim, RDC Concrete, CHRYSO, and most recently he served as All India Business Development Head at Adani Cement. In Prism Johnson’s leadership lineup, he now heads PAN India operations while continuing to push business development and the quest for business excellence in the West, signaling a reinforced push toward scale, efficiency, and resilience in Prism RMC’s growth trajectory.
