Prince Pipes And Fittings Limited has unveiled a leadership refresh as its annual general meeting approved a trio of executive re-appointments that underline family-led continuity. The board re-appointed Jayant S. Chheda as Chairman and Managing Director for a three-year term from August 21, 2026 to August 20, 2029, while also naming Parag J. Chheda as Joint Managing Director and Vipul J. Chheda as Executive Director for the same period.
Jayant S. Chheda has steered the company since its inception and brings more than five decades in the plastics industry. Parag J. Chheda has been associated with the company since 1996 as a director, and Vipul J. Chheda has logged 29 years of experience in piping, marketing, and business development. The disclosures accompanying the resolutions note the family relationships: Parag is the son of Jayant, and Vipul is also a son of Jayant and a brother to Parag.
The leadership trio—two executive director roles and the chairman-CEO alignment—highlights a governance approach focused on continuity and strategic alignment. With decades of industry know-how backing their stewardship, Prince Pipes appears poised to push ahead with its growth agenda while maintaining a stable leadership core.
This move reflects a broader, long-cycle plan to sustain the family’s control over strategic direction, positioning Prince Pipes to navigate evolving demand in the piping sector while maintaining a steady hand at the top.
