Mr. Mahesh M. brings about three decades of experience across project- and product-led businesses, with a track record in category development, brand alliances, business creation, and growth leadership. He currently serves as CEO and sector head of Creativity, where he has helped establish one of India’s leading home and furniture destinations. His prior leadership roles span HomeTown, Style Spa Furniture, and BP Ergo/VIP Industries. He holds a Ph.D. in Management (Marketing) from IBS Hyderabad, with research focused on omnichannel retailing in the furniture category. His deep expertise in strategy, retail transformation, consumer behavior, and growth management is expected to inform Praxis’s strategic initiatives.
Mr. Mahesh M. is not related to Praxis’s other directors, and he is not debarred from holding the office of director by SEBI orders or other authorities, aligning with governance norms for independent directors. His appointment signals Praxis’s continued focus on strengthening its board with seasoned professionals who can provide independent oversight and strategic guidance as the company scales its omnichannel retail story.
