KSB Limited elevates Uday Joshi to General Manager, Project Contract Management as Mukesh Pattewar retires

KSB Limited has announced a leadership reshuffle in its senior management, naming an internal successor to bolster its project execution machinery. Uday Joshi has been appointed General Manager – Project Contract Management, with effect from 1 November 2026. At the same time, Mukesh R. Pattewar will step down from his role as Head – Project and Contract Management at the close of business on 31 December 2026, upon superannuation. Uday Joshi’s appointment also redefines reporting lines, with the executive now reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Joshi, who has spent two decades with KSB since 2001, most recently headed the South zone in the Sales and Marketing function, marking a notable internal elevation for the company’s project and contract capabilities. The move signals a continuing emphasis on deep institutional knowledge as KSB navigates its project portfolio.

Pattewar’s impending retirement closes a long tenure in the project and contract management function. The company will rely on his decades of experience to ensure a smooth handover as it strengthens its leadership bench in key operations.

Taken together, the changes underscore KSB’s focus on continuity and internal talent development, reinforcing a leadership pipeline that understands the company’s product and execution engine.
