KFin Technologies Limited has appointed Narayan Venkat as Senior Management Personnel, naming him Chief Operating Officer – Corporate Registry, with effect from August 1, 2026. Venkat brings more than 26 years of industry experience, with a significant portion of his career spent at NSDL. His track record spans product development, business technology, sales, digital management, advanced operations, compliance inspections, admissions, and investor education. He is also recognized as a frequent speaker at investor forums. Venkat holds an MBA in Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Law.
In his new role, Venkat will oversee the Corporate Registry operations, with a mandate to drive technology-enabled enhancements, client experience, and streamlined processes across the registry portfolio. The appointment underscores KFin’s intent to bolster its senior management bench as it continues to expand its footprint in financial services and related administration domains.
