H.G. Infra Engineering Limited is steering toward a steadier horizon as it reaffirms its core leadership. At its 24th Annual General Meeting, the board secured approvals to renew two key executive posts: Harendra Singh will continue as Managing Director for a third five-year term, with the new term effective from May 15, 2027. Alongside, Vijendra Singh Choudhary was re-appointed as Whole-Time Director for another five years, also from May 15, 2027. The moves underscore the company’s commitment to continuity at the top as it navigates India’s infrastructure push.
Harendra Singh brings more than three decades of construction industry experience to HGIEL and has been on the board since the company’s inception, previously taking on the role of Managing Director in 2017. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Jodhpur University and has been central to HGIEL’s strategic and operational trajectory through its growth phase. Vijendra Singh Choudhary, who has accumulated over 34 years in the sector and is noted for his long association with the company, serves as a Whole-Time Director and remains a sibling-led leadership pair with Harendra Singh. The two directors are brothers, highlighting a family-linked continuity at the helm.
The approvals come as HGIEL reaffirmed its executive leadership backbone amid a broader AGM agenda that also included governance and financial deliberations. Shareholders endorsed the proposals, reflecting confidence in the proven leadership team to guide the company through ongoing expansion and digital transformation initiatives. As HGIEL positions itself in a competitive infra market, the renewal of these executive directors signals a clear emphasis on stable governance and long-term value creation for stakeholders.
