Hexaware Technologies is navigating a leadership transition that puts AI-driven growth and enterprise transformation at the forefront. Srikrishna Ramakarthikeyan will step down as Chief Executive Officer and Whole-time Director, as well as a director of Hexaware’s subsidiaries, with effect from October 28, 2026. In a move to ensure a continuity-forward handover, the Board has appointed him as Senior Advisor to the company, effective the same date. The company emphasizes a smooth transition as it continues to execute its strategic agenda.

Hexaware also announced the appointment of Vivek Jetley as Chief Executive Officer, to take the helm from October 28, 2026, for a four-year term.
