GR Infraprojects Names Rajan Malhotra as Independent Director for Second Five-Year Term

GR Infraprojects Limited has announced the re-appointment of Rajan Malhotra as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, with effect from 27 May 2027 to 26 May 2032 (both days inclusive). The decision was approved at the company’s 30th Annual General Meeting, held on 24 July 2026 via video conferencing, reflecting governance continuity as the company charts its next phase of growth in infrastructure development.

Rajan Malhotra brings more than four decades of engineering and construction industry experience. His career includes substantial leadership roles at Larsen & Toubro, where he served as Advisor to the MD & CEO and headed L&T’s construction business in Northern India. He also played a pivotal role in establishing L&T Qatar LLC as its first Chief Executive, led marketing for Audco Valves, and chaired the Projects Export Promotion Council of India under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India. The disclosure notes that he is not related to any other directors and is not debarred from holding the office of director by SEBI or any other authority.
