Ganesha Ecosphere Limited has announced the resignation of Narayanan Subramaniam, Non-Executive Independent Director, with effect from the close of business on June 30, 2026. Subramaniam, who joined the board in August 2023, has completed nearly three years of service as part of the company’s governance framework during a period of growth.
The resignation letter, submitted to the board, cites personal reasons—specifically pre-occupations and forthcoming international travel—that will limit his ability to attend meetings over the next six to twelve months. As a result, he will also step down as the chairperson and member of the board committees on which he served. The company notes that there are no other material reasons for his resignation beyond those mentioned, and accompanying annexures provide the formal details and his resignation letter.
Subramaniam’s disclosures include his other listed-directorships, with Annexure-III listing independent director roles at Jyothy Labs Limited and Expleo Solutions Limited, where he has held committee positions. Ganesha Ecosphere now faces a vacancy on the board’s independent-director front and will need to navigate the process of appointing a successor to ensure continuity in governance and oversight as it advances on its growth path.
