Fabtech Technologies Limited has named Alan Dias, its Vice President – HR, to Senior Management Personnel with immediate effect, the company announced following a board meeting on October 28, 2026. The move, approved on the back of a recommendation from Fabtech’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee, signals a sharpened focus on people strategy as the company advances its growth agenda across its regional footprint and new ventures.
Dias brings a deep reservoir of HR leadership, with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Human Resources from Prin. L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research in Mumbai and more than 24 years of experience spanning manufacturing, telecom, BPO and e‑commerce. In his current role as Vice President – HR, he has been at the forefront of talent strategy, workforce planning, and people development—capabilities the board clearly wants to lean on as Fabtech navigates expansion and transformation.
The appointment aligns with Fabtech’s broader growth trajectory, which includes international forays through its wholly owned Fabtech Technologies LLC and related subsidiaries, and plans for step‑down subsidiaries to support turnkey pharma contracting in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Arab Republic of Egypt. The company has already disclosed activity around overseas investments and discusses ongoing uses of IPO proceeds to support working capital and inorganic growth, underscoring that its human capital strategy will be central to executing these ambitions.
Industry observers will be watching how Alan Dias shapes Fabtech’s people agenda—ranging from talent acquisition and retention to leadership development and organizational change—as the group scales its operations globally. With HR now elevated within the senior management layer, Fabtech signals that people are a pivotal lever in turning its growth plans into sustained performance.
