Aeroflex Industries reshuffles CFO lineup as Bhil elevated to CFO while Kachwala stays on as Whole-time Director

Aeroflex Industries has announced a leadership reshuffle in its finance function, underscoring a blend of continuity and internal advancement. The board noted that Mustafa Abid Kachwala’s tenure as Chief Financial Officer will conclude at the close of business on November 27, 2026. He will, however, continue to serve the company as a Whole-time Director and a Key Managerial Personnel, preserving his influence on strategic finance decisions while transitioning out of the CFO role.

In a parallel move, the board approved the redesignation of Drashti Bhil as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective November 28, 2026, for a three-year term. The decision follows recommendations from Aeroflex’s Audit Committee and the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee, signaling a structured internal succession plan aimed at sustaining financial leadership through a period of growth.

Drashti Bhil, a Chartered Accountant who has been with Aeroflex since August 2020, currently oversees the company’s finance and accounts functions and supports governance, statutory compliance, financial planning, and strategic decision-making. Her elevation reflects an internal talent pipeline the company appears to trust to guide its financial stewardship as it navigates expansion and operational enhancements.

This leadership shift arrives as Aeroflex continues to pursue capacity enhancements and broader manufacturing initiatives, signaling a deliberate emphasis on financial governance and strategic execution to accompany its growth objectives.
