Devyani International Limited is reshaping its leadership slate with a two-pronged move aimed at strengthening its consumer brands. In a board-approved decision, Sandeep Anand has been appointed Chief Marketing Officer and Business Head – Pizza Hut, effective April 6, 2026, and will take over the Pizza Hut leadership from Vijay Gogate. At the same time, Robinder Singh has been named Business Head – Costa Coffee & Airports, also effective April 6, 2026, with both appointments designated as Senior Management Personnel.
Sandeep Anand brings more than two decades of experience in building brands and driving innovation across the food and FMCG landscape. An alumnus of MDI Gurgaon and a mechanical engineering graduate from Jamia Millia Islamia, he most recently served as Senior Director – Ecomm Sales & Marketing with Americana, overseeing KFC, Pizza Hut and Hardees in the Middle East. His career includes stints with Domino’s, Zydus Wellness, Zomato, GSK Consumer Health, Reckitt and Ranbaxy, underscoring a track record in integrating marketing, digital commerce and consumer engagement.
Robinder Singh steps into the Costa Coffee & Airports portfolio with an 18-plus-year pedigree in operations and growth across consumer-facing businesses. An MBA in Marketing and a BE in Electrical & Electronics, he most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at Paradise Biryani, after prior roles with Chaayos, Vodafone and Reliance Communications. His background combines customer experience transformation with cross-functional leadership across retail, hospitality and tech-enabled services.
These leadership moves reflect Devyani International’s push to deepen brand-building capability and operational execution across its fast-growing formats, notably Pizza Hut and Costa Coffee, including locations in high-traffic travel hubs. By injecting seasoned operators with strong consumer acumen into these executive corridors, the company signals a focus on accelerating growth through sharper marketing, integrated experience and scalable, customer-centric initiatives.
