Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited is reshaping its leadership as part of its Crompton 2.0 journey, announcing a set of executive moves aimed at accelerating growth and transformation. The company has appointed Sachin Phartiyal as Business Unit Head – Home Electricals, effective July 2, 2026, underscoring a commitment to strengthening leadership capabilities and expanding the Home Electricals footprint. Phartiyal brings nearly three decades of experience across consumer durables and electricals, most recently serving as CEO & Executive Director at Torrent Electricals Ltd., where he led transformative initiatives to lift profitability, efficiency, and market reach.
In parallel, the group is reshaping its senior sales leadership. Rajat Chopra, who has been Business Unit Head – Home Electricals & Pumps, will move to the newly defined role of Group Sales & Service Head (GSSH). Chopra’s long tenure at Crompton, spanning more than 28 years, has seen him drive growth across Fans, Pumps, and LDA businesses as he takes charge of transforming the company’s Sales and Service functions.
Tom another internal realignment, Anand Kumar N will be designated as the Business Unit Head – Kitchen Appliances, overseeing Small Domestic Appliances and Large Kitchen Appliances. He will work closely with Swetha Sagar, Manager & Chief Business Officer for Butterfly, to drive synergies. Anand Kumar’s leadership, with over 35 years of experience, will also see him continue to oversee the Pumps product line as part of his expanded remit.
As part of the ongoing leadership refresh, Ketan Chaudhari, PL Head – Small Domestic Appliances, will cease to be a Senior Management Personnel from July 2, 2026, with reporting realignment placing him under Anand Kumar N in the Kitchen Appliances cluster. The company emphasizes that there is no change in Ketan Chaudhari’s role or responsibilities, simply a shift in reporting and designation as part of the broader talent-pipeline strengthening initiatives.
