Creative Eye Limited reshapes leadership as executive director resigns and board enacts a refreshed slate

Creative Eye Limited is reshaping its leadership slate after a series of board and executive moves captured at the August 3, 2026 meeting. The company disclosed that Sachin Vaman Devare has resigned from his role as Executive Director, effective the same day, signaling a notable shift at the top echelons of the organization. In a note accompanying the resignation, Creative Eye thanked Devare for his contributions and leadership during his tenure.

In another move, Asha Choudhary was approved as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) for a five-year term from August 3, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Manoj Ramesh Kalgutkar was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from August 3, 2026, strengthening the company’s governance and regulatory oversight.

The company also announced plans for an Extraordinary General Meeting to vote on these changes, scheduled for August 25, 2026, with book closure set from August 19 to August 25, 2026. An e-voting window will be available from August 22 to August 24, 2026, and Kirty Vaidya of M/s.
