Mahindra Logistics Limited has announced the re-appointment of Ameet Pratapsinh Hariani as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, effective 1 May 2027 through 30 April 2032. The decision was approved by the company’s shareholders at the 19th Annual General Meeting held on 20 July 2026, reinforcing governance and continuity at the board level as the company steers through its growth phase.
Ameet Pratapsinh Hariani is a veteran corporate and commercial lawyer with four decades of experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and cross-border transactions. He holds a Bachelor of Law from Government Law College, Mumbai, and a Master’s in Law from the University of Mumbai, and he is enrolled as a solicitor with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society and the Law Society of England and Wales. Hariani is the Founder and Managing Partner of Hariani & Co., has previously been a partner at Ambubhai and Diwanji and Andersen Legal India, and now operates in advisory and arbitration roles. He is also a published author on Real Estate Laws and engages actively as a speaker and trustee in philanthropic initiatives such as Healing Touch and the King George V Memorial Trust.
Notably, Hariani is not related to any other director on the Mahindra Logistics board, and he is not debarred from holding the office of director by SEBI or any comparable authority. The appointment underscores Mahindra Logistics’ commitment to independent oversight and seasoned governance as it continues to pursue strategic objectives and execution excellence on the back of strong leadership advice.
