All Time Plastics Limited has elevated two long-time internal leaders to Senior Management Personnel, signaling a continuity-driven push to sharpen operations and strategic oversight. Effective August 5, 2026, Akshay Shah will serve as Head – Supply Chain, while Dhvanit Shah takes on the role of Strategic Business Head. Both appointments are framed as internal advancements, underscoring the company’s confidence in homegrown leadership to steer key domains of its business.
Akshay Shah has been with All Time Plastics since 2014, bringing more than a decade of experience in supply chain management, artificial intelligence initiatives, and overall business operations. His formal education includes a Bachelor’s in Commerce from the University of Mumbai, a Post Graduate degree in Family Managed Business from SP Jain School of Global Management, and a certificate in Entrepreneurship from Midas School of Entrepreneurship in Pune. Dhvanit Shah, associated with the company since 2016, brings over ten years of experience in business strategy and operations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Foundation for Liberal and Management Education in Pune and has played a pivotal role in strengthening the firm’s strategic initiatives and business development.
The move comes amid a period of sustained growth for All Time Plastics, which has publicly highlighted ongoing expansion and modernization efforts following its IPO last year. Notably, the company has outlined how IPO proceeds were deployed toward repayment of borrowings and investments in capital equipment and automation for its Manekpur facility, including the installation of an automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS). The appointments of Akshay and Dhvanit Shah are positioned as a continuation of the company’s emphasis on building internal leadership capacity to execute its growth agenda and operational excellence in the years ahead.
Together, the appointments reflect All Time Plastics’ focus on nurturing leadership from within those who already carry deep familiarity with the business model and its evolving priorities. By naming Akshay Shah and Dhvanit Shah to senior roles that oversee supply chain and strategic direction, the company signals a stake in continuity, seamless execution, and a long-term vision for scaling its manufacturing footprint and market footprint.
