Adani Total Gas appoints Preyash Jhaveri as Chief Financial Officer to lead finance team

Adani Total Gas has elevated its finance leadership, naming Preyash Jhaveri as Chief Financial Officer with effect from September 3, 2026. The appointment, approved by the board on the date, underscores the company’s ongoing commitment to strong financial governance as it pursues its growth agenda. Jhaveri has been serving as the interim CFO since December 22, 2025, signaling a seamless transition from inside the organisation of its financial leadership.

Jhaveri is described in the firm’s brief profile as a results-driven finance professional with more than 30 years of experience. He holds a B.Com, an LL.B., is a Chartered Accountant, and has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management. His career spans business partnering, financial planning and controllership, regulatory and tax compliance, and strategic value creation across large, diversified environments, including multinational and joint venture settings. He joined Adani Total Gas in 2007, adding continuity and deep institutional knowledge to the company’s finance function.

In tandem with Jhaveri’s appointment, Adani Total Gas updated its key managerial personnel roster, confirming Suresh Manglani as Executive Director, Sanjay Pandita as Chief Executive Officer, and Anil Agrawal as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Collectively, these leaders are empowered to determine materiality and communicate significant developments to the markets, reinforcing a governance framework the company has woven into its growth trajectory. As the business sharpens its financial discipline and operational focus, Jhaveri’s permanent tenure at the helm of finance is positioned to support long-term value creation for stakeholders.
