Lohia Corp Limited has announced the resignation of Rajendra Kumar Arya, the company’s Whole-time Director, which the board has accepted with effect from the close of business hours on November 4, 2026. The veteran executive, who has spent nearly 35 years in the corporate world, has decided to conclude his professional career and devote time to his personal passions and interests. The company notes there are no other reasons for his departure beyond those stated in the resignation note.
Arya’s exit comes with a three-month notice period. In his communication, he indicated his last working day would be December 29, 2026, or the date of the next board meeting—whichever is earlier—reflecting a careful handover and transition plan during the notice period. The leadership transition is being managed with the same emphasis on continuity that has characterized Lohia Corp’s long-standing growth trajectory.
Since joining the company in July 2019 as Director Manufacturing and a member of the board, Arya has overseen critical domains including Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain Management, Quality and Operational Excellence. His stewardship has been linked to strengthening organizational growth and contributing to LCL’s milestone of listing on stock exchanges. In his resignation, Arya expressed gratitude for the trust, opportunities, and support extended to him during his tenure, and he pledged to assist in a smooth transition during the notice period.
Lohia Corp Limited now faces a leadership transition in its manufacturing leadership layer as it continues to execute its growth strategy. The company will no doubt pursue a well-planned succession approach to ensure ongoing momentum in operations and governance as it moves forward.
