In a leadership reshuffle at Five-Star Business Finance Limited, the board approved the appointment of Shankar Subramanian as Chief Risk Officer, effective October 26, 2026, taking over from Jayaraman S who has stepped down from the post due to internal movement within the company. The move comes on the back of recommendations from the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and will see Subramanian serve a three-year term starting on the appointed date.
