Aye Finance names Nishit Shrivastava as Chief Technology Officer as Jinu Joseph exits

Aye Finance Limited is reshuffling its technology leadership as Chief Technology Officer Jinu Joseph resigns, with his tenure set to end at the close of business on September 30, 2026. The move marks a transition in senior management, with Joseph continuing in his role until the effective cessation date before stepping away from the organisation.

The Board, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment of Nishit Shrivastava as Chief Technology Officer to succeed Joseph, with effect from October 1, 2026. Shrivastava brings over two decades of software development and financial services technology leadership to the table, most recently serving as Chief Information and Technology Officer at Muthoot Fincorp (Muthoot Pappachan Group).

Shrivastava’s brief profile in the announcement highlights a career spanning fintech, digital transformation, technology strategy, and enterprise platforms, including leadership of customer experience, data engineering, modern infrastructure, security, technology resilience, and enterprise AI. The transition underscores Aye Finance’s continued emphasis on building a robust technology backbone to support its growth trajectory in the digital finance space.

As the company advances its technology roadmap, Shrivastava will assume the Senior Management Personnel role and be charged with steering the tech agenda, reinforcing resilience and innovation across the organisation’s platforms and customer experiences.
