Endurance Technologies Limited has announced a leadership move aimed at accelerating growth and steering its business transformation agenda. The company said its Board, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment of Aditya Jhawar as Head – Growth and Business Transformation, with effect from 14 September 2026. In this role, he will be part of the senior management cadre at President Grade and will report to the Managing Director.
Jhawar is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce. He brings nearly two decades of experience in institutional financial services and corporate advisory, with a track record spanning diverse sectors including the automotive industry where he has closely followed original equipment manufacturers and auto ancillary players. His background covers banking and financial institutions, underpinned by relationships with institutional investors, expertise in strategic business analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
