Carysil Limited has named Sumit Kumar as Chief Technology Officer, designating him as Senior Management Personnel with effect from September 3, 2026. The appointment places Kumar at the center of the company’s technology agenda as it sharpens its focus on digital leadership.
Kumar brings over 12 years of technology and business-transformation leadership across FMCG, Retail, and Pharmaceutical sectors. He arrives from Rubicon Research Ltd., where he served as Head – Business Transformation, and has held senior roles at Haldiram’s and Marico Ltd. His track record spans enterprise digitalisation, AI adoption, data analytics, enterprise architecture, and large-scale IT transformations, including ERP (SAP) consolidation, CRM modernization, D2C strategy, and building enterprise data platforms.
