Shanthi Gears names Sai Krishna Alluri as CFO, reshapes leadership with HR move

Shanthi Gears Limited has unveiled a refreshed leadership lineup with the appointment of Sai Krishna Alluri as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 3, 2026. The board approved the appointment at its meeting, and Alluri succeeds interim CFO Sukanta Kumar Panigrahi, who steps aside from the role. The move signals the company’s intent to sharpen financial leadership as it navigates market and operational priorities.

Alluri brings with him a chartered accountant and cost accounting background, along with more than 16 years of experience spanning finance, accounts, GST, income tax, funding, and cost-reduction initiatives. His career has included stints with National Plastics Group, TNQ Group, MORF Private Limited, and Saibaba Polymer Technologies Private Limited in various financial capacities, underscoring a diversified exposure to manufacturing finance and cost management.

In a concurrent development, Shanthi Gears appointed Helena Susan as Head – Human Resources with immediate effect, recognizing her as a Senior Management Personnel. The change aligns with the company’s internal reorganizational efforts. As part of the restructure, Victor Dharmaraj will transition to new roles and responsibilities and consequently cease to be part of the Senior Management Team. Helena Susan is a commerce graduate who holds a Master’s in Human Resources and an M.Phil., with more than two decades of HR leadership experience, including prior roles at Elgi Equipments Limited and Rane Group.

Together, these moves reflect Shanthi Gears’ emphasis on building a nucleus of seasoned executives to steer both core financial governance and people strategy. The announcements, while administrative in nature, point to a broader strategic intent to strengthen execution across finance and human resources as the company positions itself for the path ahead.
