Kolte-Patil Developers Limited has appointed Hrishikesh Parandekar as Chief Executive Officer, with effect from August 24, 2026, after the Board approved the move at its meeting on August 19, 2026. The leadership shift signals a new phase for the Pune-based developer as it eyes growth and stronger execution across its project and capital-raising agenda.
Parandekar brings a diversified track record spanning consulting, investment management and corporate leadership. He began as a consultant at McKinsey & Company before rising to Managing Director at Morgan Stanley. He has served as CEO of Karvy Group and Ambit Holdings, chaired the Sugee Group, and most recently led Strategic Partnerships and Real Estate Investing at Alpha Alternatives prior to joining Kolte-Patil.
An academic profile underpins his operational pedigree: a Gold Medalist from IIM Ahmedabad, with a PGDM in Finance and Business Strategy and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Mumbai.
Industry observers note the appointment could sharpen Kolte-Patil’s strategic playbook in a market that rewards governance, capital partnerships and disciplined project execution. The move is framed as a key leadership transition as the company positions itself for sustained growth and expanded collaboration across its real estate portfolio.
