Hero MotoCorp appoints Anuj Dua as Chief Business Officer – Premium Segment to lead premium mobility push

Hero MotoCorp is sharpening its premium mobility focus with a leadership move designed to accelerate growth in the high-growth segment. The company has appointed Anuj Dua as Chief Business Officer – Premium Segment, effective Monday, August 3, 2026. An industry veteran with deep leadership experience across Hero MotoCorp, Royal Enfield and Bajaj Auto, Dua brings a proven track record in global product planning and strategy, brand building and market expansion, and will steer premiumization as a core growth pillar for the group.

In this role, Dua will oversee portfolio expansion, form strategic partnerships, drive exclusive retail experiences and deepen rider engagement through community building, curated merchandise and riding events across premium, lifestyle and performance categories. The development mirrors Hero MotoCorp’s FY26 momentum as it expanded its premium portfolio with models such as Glamour X, Xtreme 125R, Xtreme 250R, Xoom 160, XPulse 210 and the Harley-Davidson X440 T, while growing the Hero Premia network to more than 130 stores.

Top leadership frames the transformation as an entry into a more aspirational mobility arc, with executives underscoring that the shift toward premium experiences is shaping the global mobility landscape and that Hero is responding with innovation, design, engineering and deeper customer engagement. The company also anchors this premium push in Neemrana with its Garden Factory, a state-of-the-art campus that integrates automated manufacturing and digital quality controls, with plans to progressively scale these capabilities across its footprint. Connected technologies such as OTA updates and advanced rider interfaces are set to deliver safer, evolving mobility experiences, while Hero MotoSports continues to feed the premium pipeline with racing-derived insights that accelerate development across the broader portfolio.
