AMJ Land Holdings reshuffles finance leadership: Megha Goel named CFO; Surendra Bansal remains as director; Sahil Dudani appointed Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Amj Land Holdings Limited has announced a leadership reshuffle that centers on its finance and governance functions. In a move that underlines continuity amid change, the company disclosed that Surendra Kumar Bansal has resigned from the office of Chief Financial Officer with effect from August 1, 2026. Crucially, the board clarified that this resignation is confined to the CFO role; Bansal will continue to serve the company as a Whole-time Director and Key Managerial Personnel, preserving his influence over broader corporate governance and strategic oversight.

The company also confirmed the appointment of Megha Goel as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 2, 2026, following the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee’s recommendations. Goel is a Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience in corporate accounts, financial reporting, and statutory audits, and has been associated with AMJ Land Holdings Limited since March 2022. The arrangement signals a deliberate internal transition aimed at maintaining financial discipline and stability during a period of executive realignment.

In addition, AMJ Land appointed Sahil Dudani as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, another Key Managerial Personnel addition, effective August 1, 2026. Dudani brings around four years of experience in corporate secretarial functions, governance, and regulatory compliance under the Companies Act and SEBI regulations. Taken together, the moves reflect a concerted emphasis on strengthening governance and financial leadership, while ensuring a seamless handover as the company advances its strategic agenda.
