The board approved the appointment of Srikumar Vijayasekharan as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) effective immediately for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Vijayasekharan, a Chartered Accountant with more than four decades in audit and governance, previously spent eight years as Chief Operating Officer of Deloitte South Asia, where he helped scale operations and strengthen governance across the region. This addition brings an external independent perspective to Tejas’ board as the company pursues growth in a competitive telecom landscape.
