Zen Technologies appoints Uma Priyadarshini Kollareddy as Non-Executive Independent Director

Zen Technologies Limited has announced a leadership move at the board level, naming Uma Priyadarshini Kollareddy as an Additional Director and Non-Executive Independent Director for a three-year term effective from August 4, 2026, pending member approval. The appointment, recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, underscores the company’s intent to strengthen governance with a seasoned professional who brings cross-border perspective and strategic capital-market insight to the table.

Kollareddy, 41, is a technologist-turned-strategist with a blend of engineering and finance credentials. She holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering & Technology, a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from Columbia University, and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Her track record spans over 16 years in corporate transformation, capital markets, institutional development, strategic investments, and governance. Currently, she serves as Executive Director of Midwest Limited, where she drives international investments, organizational performance, investor engagement, and enterprise governance, among other initiatives. She also sits as an Independent Director on the board of Awaze Limited and contributes to the Investment Committee of T-Fund, a Telangana government-backed initiative for nurturing technology startups.

Zen notes Kollareddy’s diverse experience in strategic growth, cross-border transactions, and governance as aligned with the company’s long-term value creation. Her background in international investments and stakeholder engagement is positioned to bolster the board’s oversight as Zen Technologies eyes expansion and sustained performance. The board emphasizes that Kollareddy is not related to any Director on the Zen board, and her appointment adds a global governance lens to the company’s leadership suite.

As the company awaits member approval, analysts and investors will be watching how this independent director adds to Zen’s governance fabric and strategic dialogue. If confirmed, Kollareddy’s presence could help accelerate disciplined growth, shareholder partnership, and sustainable value creation for Zen Technologies in the years ahead.
