Zee Learn Limited is reshaping its leadership slate. In a board meeting held on October 23, 2026, the directors approved the appointment of Rakesh Chaturvedi as an Additional Director in the category of Whole-time Director, with effect from November 9, 2026. The move is subject to approval by the members at the next general meeting or within three months from the date of appointment, whichever is earlier. Chaturvedi will also continue in his role as Chief Financial Officer of the company.
Chaturvedi is described as a seasoned finance and risk executive with around 30 years of leadership experience across diversified sectors, including media and technology. In his new capacity, he is expected to lead the enterprise-wide financial strategy, governance, treasury, liquidity management, and financial controls as CFO and Whole-time Director on Zee Learn’s board.
Prior to joining Zee Learn, Chaturvedi served as Executive Vice President – Risk, Internal Audit and Financial Controls at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited, and as Chief Financial Officer & Head of Regulatory Affairs at India Web Portal Private Limited (India.com). He is noted as not being debarred from holding the office of Director by any SEBI order or similar authority.
