Ms Das brings more than 25 years of experience in human resources, with a track record spanning industrial, manufacturing, logistics, and commercial sectors. Prior to joining Vesuvius, she served as Chief Human Resources Business Partner for the Commercial Function and Profit Centers at Tata Steel, and has held senior HR leadership roles at TM International Logistics Limited and Castrol India Limited.
