The notice states that her resignation will take effect from the close of business hours on April 10, 2026, and she will remain with the company through April 30, 2026.

Avijit Roy has been appointed as the new Group Chief Human Resources Officer, effective April 10, 2026, and will assume all responsibilities associated with the Group CHRO role. Roy brings more than 25 years of experience across multiple industries, driving large-scale organizational transformations and aligning people strategy with business growth. His professional background includes a stint with the Aditya Birla Group, based in Atlanta, United States, and leadership roles at Hero Motors, Tesco, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Hindustan Unilever, where he has driven initiatives in leadership development, total rewards, digital HR transformation, culture integration, and organizational design.
