Tilaknagar Industries Limited is navigating a leadership transition in its finance function. The company informed the market that Rajesh Choudhary has tendered his resignation from the position of Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect on October 8, 2026, and will cease to be a Key Managerial Person and Senior Management Personnel from the close of business that day. While stepping back from the CFO role, Choudhary will remain with the company in employment, as Tilaknagar begins a formal search to identify a new CFO through the Nomination & Remuneration Committee’s forthcoming recommendations to the Board.
In a parallel movement, the Board, on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, approved the inclusion of Anil Singal, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, as a Senior Management Personnel to oversee the Finance & Accounts function with immediate effect. Singal’s appointment brings him closer to the core of Tilaknagar’s financial operations, with the effective date noted as October 9, 2026.
Singal brings with him a Chartered Accountant qualification and more than 27 years of experience, spanning the Alco-Bev industry and a string of senior leadership roles. His career has included stints at Whyte & Mackay, Radico Khaitan, Allied Blenders and Distillers, and Jagatjit Industries, encompassing corporate accounting, taxation, investor relations, fundraising, and even supply chain leadership. The leadership shuffle underscores Tilaknagar’s emphasis on continuity within its finance function while it pursues a formal process to fill the CFO seat.
