Themis Medicare Limited has announced a leadership transition in its governance functions, with a reshuffle of its secretarial and compliance leadership. In a decision taken at a board meeting on 13 August 2026, the company noted the resignation of Nagraj Mogaveera from the role of Interim Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective the same date, as he transitions to a different capacity within the organization as Deputy Manager – Secretarial Department. The move underscores a structured shift within the secretarial machinery as the company continues to align governance with its strategic needs.
In a parallel development, the board approved the appointment of Suresh Savaliya as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) with effect from 13 August 2026. Savaliya is a qualified Company Secretary and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, bringing 23 years of post-qualification experience in company secretarial work, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, including SEBI and stock-exchange requirements. His career has spanned roles with top-tier corporates such as Reliance Industries Limited and the Essel Group, among others, equipping him to lead governance, board and committee matters, and ongoing regulatory obligations.
The leadership handover signals Themis Medicare’s emphasis on governance continuity and robust compliance frameworks as it progresses through its financial period. By elevating Savaliya to the CS, CO and KMP roles, the company aims to sustain its internal control environment, oversee listed-company obligations, and ensure steady governance rhythms as the business advances.
