Technocraft Industries reshuffles nine senior executives to sharpen growth engines

Technocraft Industries (India) Limited has announced a comprehensive internal realignment of its senior management, elevating nine executives across its extrusion, textile, apparel, procurement, HR, legal and formwork divisions. The board approved these changes on September 29, 2026, with the new roles effective from October 1, 2026, signaling a deliberate move to harmonize leadership with the company’s growth ambitions across its diversified lines and markets, including its expansion into China. The changes are described as shifts in internal roles, designations and responsibilities aimed at strengthening execution and strategic focus.

Deepak Mishra will continue to steer the Extrusion and Formwork Division as CEO, while Amit Musaddy steps into the role of Chief Strategy Officer. Ketan Oza becomes Senior Vice President – Textile Marketing, marking a sharpened emphasis on international markets. Praveen Nimbalkar takes on Chief Operating Officer – Textile, and Yogesh Chaturvedi is designated Head of Procurement. Shilpa Kulkarni is appointed DGM – Human Resources; Rajesh Naik becomes Senior VP & Business Head – Apparel Division; Vikas Patangia is named GM Corporate – Legal Affairs; Madan Yadav is Sr. Vice President – Formwork.

Each appointment underscores Technocraft’s push to knit together its product and market expansions. Mishra’s long tenure and leadership in scaling the group’s India and China operations as part of the Extrusion and Formwork portfolio illustrates a continuity-driven approach to operations and growth. Musaddy’s cross-functional mandate is expected to align strategy with execution across global operations, while Oza, Nimbalkar and Chaturvedi are positioned to strengthen textile and procurement capabilities, supplier relationships and go-to-market momentum. The leadership changes in HR, legal and formwork further reflect an emphasis on talent development, governance and customer-centric service.

With a leadership bench staffed by seasoned professionals, Technocraft appears intent on translating its strategic plays into tangible growth across its apparel, textile and formwork ecosystems. The SMP refresh positions the company to accelerate digital transformation, sustainability initiatives and cross-border collaboration as it advances into its next phase of expansion.
